Robert Yuen
Robert Yuen, PA-C is the co-founder of OR Medical Staffing Group and a physician assistant with more than a decade of experience working in high-volume surgical environments. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside leading surgical teams at institutions including Hospital for Special Surgery, Montefiore Medical Center, and Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, in addition to numerous ambulatory surgery centers.
His experience across both large hospital systems and outpatient surgical facilities has provided him with firsthand insight into the operational demands of modern operating rooms—where efficiency, reliability, and coordinated clinical teams are essential to maintaining surgical workflow and controlling costs.
Recognizing the growing need for skilled surgical professionals and dependable OR coverage, Robert co-founded OR Medical Staffing Group to provide healthcare organizations with experienced clinicians who understand the pace and precision required in surgical environments. Built by surgical clinicians, the company focuses on delivering dependable staffing solutions that support efficient workflows, minimize disruptions, and help healthcare facilities maintain the highest standards of patient care.
Founder
Oleg Iskhakov is the founder of a medical staffing company focused on connecting hospitals and surgery centers with highly qualified healthcare professionals. The company’s mission is to ensure medical facilities have the right talent in place to maintain efficient operations and deliver high-quality patient care.
Oleg is a Physician Assistant with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Orthopedics and has extensive experience in hospital leadership. He previously served as Chief of an Orthopedic Department, where he successfully managed both clinical and administrative operations. His experience working directly within hospital systems provided him with a deep understanding of the challenges healthcare facilities face when staffing specialized departments.
Leveraging his clinical expertise and leadership experience, Oleg founded his company to help healthcare organizations secure the skilled professionals they need to operate effectively and serve patients at the highest level.
